I think I will start off with my recent fatty encounter with the delectable delight, as my coworker says, the Torpasta. I can't say much for the actual place, since we got it delivered to work. And I can't say much about the menu as a whole, considering I only ordered one thing. But my one 6" Creamy Pesto & Sundried Tomatoes Torpasta was delicious enough to be worthy of being my first fatty post.

Now, I love pasta. And I love pesto. And I love bread dipped in sauce. So this is pretty much pure awesomeness. So if you don't sort of have a mental image of this by now, a Torpasta is a fantastic invention that consists of a sesame covered torpedo roll that's holed out and stuffed with your pasta of choice - in my case, creamy pesto & sundried tomatoes with bowtie pasta. It is an absolute attack of the carbs, but if you're a true fatty like me, you'll let that slide and wolf it down happily. It's a perfect balance of bread and pasta, so you're not too overwhelmed by one or the other, and the creamy pesto is... mmm. scrumptious.

Alas, I have no picture of my own to go with this post, but fear not, I shall go again, and I shall fatty it up and try everything, and I shall capture the experience for you. For now I leave you with this image from their website.

For anyone who ventures out in the meantime, my coworkers have told me that the meat lasagna torpasta and the bread holes are to die for as well!

 Fin.
