Viva Pops!

Their web URL is pretty spot-on because I love Viva Pops! :) It's this little gem in Normal Heights that makes gourmet popsicles, if you've ever heard of that before. It's a really fun little place that makes organic, fresh, popsicles from craziest combinations of fruits and herbs.

I've only been a couple times, but I plan to keep going back until I've tried them all! I'm particularly excited about the persimmon flavor that's in store for fall. We got a whole bunch at work to celebrate October birthdays and it was a hit! Everyone loved theirs :) I've tried the grapefruit and blood orange - both are awesome and refreshing and so fresh there's pulp to be tasted! I've also heard that the Mango Chili, Chocolate Banana, Watermelon Cilantro Lime, Peach Vanilla Rose, and Nectarine Basil are hits also. Go try one!
