Okay, so I've been getting a lot of people asking me why I have all these random meals and posts about ATE on my facebook profile, and why I've been doling out fliers and delivering food and all this nonsense, so I'm going to break it down.
There's this guy, Dave. Chef David Abella, to be precise, and his partner James.
They opened up a delivery service.
Dave serves 1 meal a day, every day, Monday through Saturday.
That freshly cooked, hot meal, gets delivered to you, sometimes by me! (provided you are near or between the 56 & the 52 freeways, and left of the I-15 :)
You pay $10, cash or card. No delivery charge, no tip, just $10.
Oh yeah, and then you tell your friends.
So some people ask, who is this Dave guy, and who is he to make dinners for all these people?! Dave is former corporate executive chef of Roy's. If you haven't heard of Roy's, you should go when you win the lottery, because it will cost you a pretty penny to eat there. Dave was also the chef that opened this fancy place called the Felix Restaurant and this ultra fancy hotel called the Peninsula in Hong Kong.
Basically, Dave makes some pretty freaking fantastic food.
